Booking & Payment Conditions:

For Room Bookings:
Payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival for all bookings in the High Season, 20 days prior to arrival for all bookings in the Low Season, and 60 days prior to arrival in the Peak Season.

Cancellation in the High Season made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the total booking price, and less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.
Cancellation in Low Season made less than 20 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the total booking price,and less than 10 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.
Cancellation in the Peak Season made less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the total booking price, and less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.

For Whole House Bookings:
An initial deposit will be required to secure the booking, variable according to the date of and length of time prior to the booking. The balance will be required according to the same payment conditions as above for Room Bookings.
